"There's work to be done because there's so much connection that is possible."

- Sebene Selassie

Adults

When facing life’s many stressors, therapy can support flexibility, resilience, and getting unstuck.  I will work with you to explore how your past experiences and relationships have shaped who you are and how you want to relate to them going forward. I have deep experience working with individuals in high-stress environments, with young adults, and with diverse professionals.

Teens

Would you like to know more about

  • Coping with pressure and stress?

  • Managing perfectionism and self-criticism?

  • Dealing with procrastination?

  • Overcoming social anxiety?

If any of these are part of your life, you're not alone! In therapy, you have your own space to talk about what's going on in your life. It can feel scary to open up to someone, and it's common for people who are new to therapy to worry about being judged. I hope it helps to know that therapy is meant to be a judgment-free zone. We'll work together on setting goals for therapy and trying out strategies to learn what works best for you.

Couples and Families

We look to our closest relationships for unwavering support and deep belonging. When those ties are frayed - for whatever reason - our wellbeing suffers. Entrenched patterns of misunderstanding, mismatched communication styles, unresolved conflicts, and other missed opportunities can lead to a feeling of instability and tension within a couple or family.  Often, uncovering the fears and longings that lie beneath the conflict, and learning new skills for relating to each other, can shift the dynamics in a positive direction. Working with clients across different cultures and identities, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental holding environment for couples and families to build a stronger connection to each other.

Fees

$160 per session

For clients who are unable to pay full fee, I have a limited number of sliding scale appointments available.

I currently do not accept insurance. However, I am able to provide a super-bill (a therapeutic receipt) that can be submitted to your insurance company.

"Good Faith Estimate"

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. I will give you a copy of this estimate when we first meet if you want it.
