About Emily
I have over a decade of experience helping people as a teacher, mentor, and counselor. I am passionate about helping people find pathways to greater connection, inner steadiness, resilience, and belonging.

As a former lawyer and law school administrator, I understand the pressures of high-stress, high-achieving environments. I consider it a privilege to create space for others to find their own path to a sustainable and meaningful life.
I believe that in life, change is the only constant. If you or your family member are navigating the shifting sands of parenthood, family and relationship transitions, gender identity, social anxiety, career and academic pressure, medical concerns, and other life events, I can relate. I honor your courage in reaching out for support.
