When you think deeply and feel intensely, anxiety and perfectionism often show up during major life transitions—whether you're a teen stepping into adulthood, facing the end of a relationship, navigating a job loss, supporting a child in crisis, or simply moving through change.
I help teens, adults, parents, and couples navigate these turning points with compassion and clarity—so they can move forward with greater confidence and ease.​

My approach is warm, supportive, and insight-driven. As a former lawyer and college professor, I specialize in working with people who “live in their heads” and feel disconnected from their emotional lives. I integrate Somatic EMDR and mindfulness-based practices to offer therapy that fosters depth, connection, and meaningful change.
